Patti was born in the Bluegrass region of Lexington, Kentucky – and yes, a Wildcat- graduate of the University of Kentucky! She moved to Richmond, Virginia after college where she resides today in addition to her home in the Charleston area. Patti has almost two decades of real estate experience in residential and commercial real estate and was a broker/manager of two large brokerage firms for nearly ten years after being recruited from being a top producing agent. She has hired, trained and mentored hundreds of agents including co-training luxury agents around the U.S. In 2018 she created Luxe Group Va in Richmond, Virginia and continues to work with clients in that location- and in the newly created Charleston office. In 2021 Luxe Group SC was founded with a business partner- Juri Groenland. Their goal in the Charleston area is to focus on building a real estate company that mirrors their strong core values- relationship based and with legendary service to their clients.
When Patti isn’t in one of the offices working as the broker – or with clients listing, and selling properties; she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, family and friends. Favorite pastimes are traveling, gardening, cooking, anything involving boats and beaches…and learning to play golf!
